About Us
Established in 1971, Edmont is run by construction, joinery and fit-out specialists who have gained a wealth of experience over four decades. We take on a diverse range of projects from historic 'heritage' building restoration and refurbishments, to modern airport, high street retail, and office fit-out work; involving the latest technology. Our projects vary in size from individual pieces of furniture and joinery to multi-million pound, full construction, and fitting out projects, in locations throughout the country.
Our 26,000 sq ft joinery works in Swindon produces a comprehensive range of items from fine period reproduction joinery to state-of-the-art contemporary designs, incorporating glass, metals, plastics, and pre-wired electrics. Edmont is also BM TRADA certificated for the manufacture and installation of fire doors.
With a directly employed workforce of over 80 we have all building and interior fit-out trades at our disposal, and along with our established supply chain we cover every eventuality in building construction, refurbishment, and interior fit-out.
Edmont has ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 environmental, and FSC accreditation, and is CHAS (health & Safety) compliant and SAFE Contractor approved, with full in-house project management and design development back up; with full health & safety and environmental systems in place.
