With over 50 years in the business, the team at Edmont Joinery understand the importance of history and heritage. Despite the impressive growth the business has celebrated over the past five decades, proper old fashioned craftsmanship is still at the heart of what they do.

Joinery Director, Melanie Fyans, is proud to discuss Edmont’s success over the years, explaining, “Edmont has always been a family-run business, with traditional values and an emphasis on quality craftsmanship. However, we’re also future focused, investing in the latest machinery and equipment, increasing our offering to include contemporary finishes and solid surfaces like Corian, Krion, and many more.”

“The key to our success is being able to create bespoke pieces for our clients. We take the time to work closely with our customers, helping them from the design and budget stage, through to realising their vision and creating really special, one-off items.

“Over the years we’ve created a huge variety of pieces; from stand-out staircases and fitted cabinetry in country houses, to one-off reception desks and beautiful bars in boutique hotels. We’re proud to offer a completely tailored service.”

And Edmont’s clients are inclined to agree, with an impressive portfolio of private residences, hotels and bars from London to the Cotswolds boasting bespoke pieces created by their team. Notable recent commissions include the Trinity Four Seasons Hotel in London and the stylish Tivoli Cinema in Bath.

A key client over the years are another renowned local family business – Arkell’s Brewery. The famous Wiltshire brewer has trusted Edmont to undertake the interior refurbishments of their pubs across the South for over 40 years. Recent interior installation works include the award-winning redevelopment of Helen Browning’s Royal Oak at Bishopstone, and The Bull at Fairford.
