Edmont was responsible for constructing and fitting-out this B&B accommodation annex to a large pub operated by Arkell’s Brewery.  Comprising 10 modern en-suite rooms, the contract included ground works, drainage, floor slab, blockwork, specialist joinery including green oak external walkways & staircases, rendering, cedar-clad roofing, interior fit-out with decoration and hard & soft landscaping. The building was an LABC Building Excellence Awards finalist.
