As the client, you can either appoint Edmont as your Principal Designer for your project – or, we can provide advice and support by acting as a CDM Advisor.
What is the Principal Designer role?
The Principal Designer must plan, manage and monitor the Pre-Construction Phase and co-ordinate matters relating to health and safety.
